Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are you a dispatch service or a licensed freight broker?

A: We are a dispatch service. The broker works with the shipper to post loads; we work for you, the carrier, to find and book those loads

Q: What are your fees?

A: We charge percentage for each load we book. We also offer a flat-fee option if you prefer, which is common for carriers who only run in-state (intrastate).

Q: Do you work with new authorities?

A: Yes, we do. We can help you get started, but please note we cannot have you run under our authority.

Q: What equipment do you support?

A: Our expertise is in Box Trucks.

Q: Is there forced dispatch?

A: No. You can decline any load you do not want to take.

Q: What documents do you need from me to start?

A: We need your MC/DOT authority, W-9, and Certificate of Insurance, and you'll sign our carrier–dispatcher agreement.

Q: How do you find loads?

A: We use premium load boards and negotiate directly with brokers over the phone and by email to get you the best rates.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our team works standard industry hours (8 am ET to 5 pm ET) for booking loads. However, if you are on an active load for us, we provide 24/7 support for emergencies or issues.

Q: Do you handle paperwork like rate confirmations and BOLs?

A: Yes, we handle all back-office tasks, including carrier packets, rate confirmations, and BOL/POD submissions.

Q: How do you handle detention, layover, or TONU fees?

A: We make sure the broker pays it. We negotiate on your behalf to get you the maximum possible payment for your time, though it always depends on the specific broker's policies.

Q: Do you work with factoring companies?

A: We don't need to. We are not a factoring company. We get paid by you, the carrier, for our dispatch fee. You handle your factoring, and we will handle your dispatch
